First Visit Expectations

We know that the first visit to any doctor’s office can be intimidating. We want your time with us to be as comfortable as possible. Here is what you can expect during your initial visit to Pinnacle Dental Care. 

Many of our patients appreciate the option to fill out new patient forms ahead of time at home on their phones, laptops, or computers through our data-secure HIPAA-compliant digital portal. After being greeted by our staff after entering the door, patients will get acquainted with Dr. Mulye. He uses this opportunity to have his patients discuss their prior dental history and their main concerns. After going over medical history, radiographs and other pertinent information will be taken in order to give Dr. Mulye a comprehensive view of our patients’ health. Dr. Mulye will assess all aspects of patients’ oral health, record-keeping and snapping pictures along the way to form accurate diagnoses. At this point, we share our thoughts about our patients’ oral health to allow an open dialogue that helps forge a level of transparency and trust that is essential in such an important partnership. We love to educate our patients and answer questions, so don’t be shy! This discussion helps Dr. Mulye and his patients form personalized treatment plans together. As a team, we can accurately diagnose, plan, and execute together!
